Aluminium Sheet/Plate Parameter:
1 series aluminum sheet: represents 1050, 1060, 1100. It belongs to a series with the most aluminum content. The purity is over 99.00%. Since it does not contain other technical elements, the production process is relatively simple, and it is the most commonly used in conventional industries. Application: suitable for auto parts manufacturing, lighting, hardware, signs, nameplates, molds, household appliances industries; Mp3, mobile phones, digital camera casings and machining, etc.
1050 (Al99.5%) is a kind of industrial pure aluminum. It has the characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, but low strength. Typical uses: Lithium battery soft connection, tab material, explosion-proof valve, heat sink, signage, electronics, printing, curtain wall, stamping parts
1060 (99.6%) is called pure aluminum plate. 1060 aluminum plate has good elongation and tensile strength, and can fully meet the conventional processing requirements (stamping, stretching) and high formability. 1060 hot-rolled aluminum plate is widely used in busbars, Lamps, signs, curtain walls, thermal insulation and other fields; and 1060 hot-rolled aluminum coils with a thickness of 0.1mm are used in auto parts.
1070 (99.7%) has the characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and its advantages are used to manufacture some structural parts with specific properties, such as protective nets for wires and cables, wire cores and aircraft ventilation system parts and Garnish. Typical uses: radiators, charging piles, anti-corrosion insulation, aircraft ventilation system parts.
1100 (99.0%) is industrial pure aluminum with low density and good plasticity. It is usually used for parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and do not require high strength.
Classic uses: heat sinks, bottle caps, printed boards, cookware, building materials, heat exchanger components.
3000 series of aluminum alloys are always called aluminum-manganese alloy and can be used in kitchen utensils, chemical products and food processing and storage facilities, transport tank for liquid, all kinds of pressure and piping, roofing sheet .
3003 aluminum plate is a typical Al-Mn alloy, which has good formability, very good corrosion resistance and weldability. silos, sheet metal pressure vessels and piping.
Typical uses: power battery shell materials, building curtain walls, thermal insulation materials, wine bottle caps, beverage bottle caps, etc.
3004 is often used as cans body, high strength spare parts , thin plate ,construction , building tools and a variety of lamp parts .
3105 alloy can be used in room dividers, gutters and downspouts, sheet metal forming and processing parts, caps, corks .
5 series aluminum sheet: representing 5052, 5005, 5083, 5A05 series. It belongs to the more commonly used alloy aluminum plate series, the main element is magnesium, and the magnesium content is between 3-5%. Also known as aluminum-magnesium alloy. The main features are low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. Therefore, it is often used in aviation, such as aircraft fuel tanks. It is also widely used in conventional industries. The processing technology is continuous casting and rolling, which belongs to the series of hot-rolled aluminum plates, so it can be deep-processed by oxidation.
5005 aluminum is a medium strength and excellent corrosion resistance . Used as conductor ,cookers , dashboard and decorative .
5052 aluminum alloy has a good forming workability , corrosion resistance , candle , fatigue strength and medium static intensity ,and can used to make airplane fuel tanks ,tubing , transport vehicles ,ships ,instrumentation, street bracket with rivets .
5083 and 5086 aluminum alloy are similar ,always used to which needs a high corrosion resistance ,good weldability and a medium intensity situation ,such as the naval vessel , automobile and airplane Board Weldment ; strict fire-resistant pressure vessels , refrigeration equipment , Tower ,drilling equipment , transport equipment ,missile components and the deck . 8 series aluminum sheet: The more commonly used 8011 aluminum sheet belongs to other series. It is an aluminum plate with the main function of making bottle caps, and is also used in radiators, most of which are used as aluminum foil. It is a less commonly used series in industry.
