Our thermal insulation of furnace insulation is made by compounding Silica aerogel and ceramic fiber as the basal, that is ceramic fiber aerogel blanket, which is new furnace insulation materials. It has excellent thermophysical properties, are convenient to install, durable, and also allow for repeated mounting / dismantling after inspection. Our ceramic fiber aerogel blanket can be used in many types of industrial furnaces insulatin, such as electric Arc & Induction Furnace, rotary curing oven, annealing Furnace, gas furnace and so on.The main properties:
(1). High corrosion resistance, protecting industrial furnace pipes and equipment;
(2). Low coefficient of thermal conductivity - about 0.020W(m.k). It is well known that the lower the thermal conductivity value of the thermal insulation material, the better the thermal insulation effect. (3). Be flexible enough to fill cavities and cracks, temperature expansion of the structure is low.
(4). The material is environmentally friendly and durable, easy to cut and install.
(5). Stable thermal performance. Supercritical silica aerogels have a nano-three-dimensional structure, so they do not sinter or deform even when operated under high temperature conditions. Therefore, ceramic fiber aerogel blanket is a good choice for high temperature furnace insulation.
(6). Low density : 200±20Kg/m³. This can not only reduce the load on the kiln steel structure of the insulation material, but also prolong the service life of the furnace body.
