Description:
Slant Double Drive Caster Line craft procedure is as follows: firstly, the AL. ingot is melted into AL. fluid by melting furnace, and then smelted by holding furnace. Holding furnace mouthÞauto fluid surface control deviceÞ further smelting in gas remove deviceÞ headbox levelÞcaster roller with circle cooling water, after all these procedure, the AL. fluid will be in solid and shapeless rate will be formed. And then fluid metal strip will be formed, through side slitting and coiling, strip for casting will be formed.

Axes of the caster is at an angle of 15 degrees of the vertical line (between vertical center line and rolling mill center), which can do well in overcoming pockety metal elements and decrease surface tensile force of metal oxygenation theca.

Horizontal and vertical adjustment of caster mouth is operated by manus. While operation period, operator can adjust actually caster mouth in sides separately according to craft requirement.

Each roller of caster is drived by AC motor and planet gear box, and digital control system complete in-phase control.

Spurt char power used for separate and lubricate by flame spurting system, which prevented AL. liquid from conglutinating roller surface.

After leaving roller gap and passing drawing roller, hydraulic flatten shear and guide roller and holding board, down rolling recoiler will rolling by AC motor. Recoiler will provide pulling force needed by casting plate. Hydraulic flatten shear cuts strip in condition of continuing casting manufacturing when strip size is desired.

Rolling is unloaded by unload car and hydraulic push rolling devices. Then the whole manufacturing procedure is completed.
