According to measurement ,first,it can save more than half operatives and operating time from 15 ~ 20 minutes to 6 ~ 7 minutes, improving labor efficiency obviously.Second, it can save 8.9 million kWh power in 240kA (40 tons / year) electrolysis application. That helps to improve labor productivity and safety of operation in electrolytic series, and has significant economic and social benefits.

Experts evaluation group gave the following conclusions about the full auto anode busbar lifting device: The whole technology has reached the international advanced level. It promotes automation operations, intelligent equipment and technology development which provide technical support and improve labor efficiency for China aluminum electrolytic industry. Therefore, it is recommended to speed up application in mainland.

Wang Xuying, who is the chairman of Zhengzhou Joda Technology Co., Ltd., in an interview, says: “as the equipment manufacturing base for Hunan Zhongda Design Institute, we have been devoting ourselves to researching, developing and exporting the advanced aluminum equipment. Liang Xuemin, who is the dean of Hunan Zhongda Design Institute and the deputy director of State Key Laboratory of Central South University about the efficient use of refractory metallurgical resources, tells the reporters that the aluminum electrolytic industry has been impeded by many factors in recent years, especially quickly rising labor costs, safety problems and environmental protection, etc. At the same time, large capacity and super capacity pot shell technology has been innovated continuously, while many technologes are stagnated in artificial levels and lack of advanced production technology and auxiliary process equipment, which cause the high operating costs and safe risks. “In other words, as the core of aluminum production equipment, Chinese technology of pot shell is in the leading role in the world, but the pot tending machines are far less advanced. It is very important for making the equipment become intelligent.” he says.



Zhang Hongguo, who is the deputy secretary-general of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and the director of Ministry of Science and Technology presides the evaluation session, Niu Qingren,Liu Haishi, Wang Shaopeng and other experts attended the evaluation conference.
